SAP Litmos is a Learning Management system for small and middle-sized companies, or to be used for a department in large cooperation. It is a cloud-based solution that unifies virtual, classroom, mobile, and social learning. An SAP Litmos solution helps to empower training departments, sales and service leaders, safety and compliance managers. Further, it engages HR teams to collaborate on, globally distribute, and track web-based training courses, as well as schedule and track instructor-led courses.

SAP Litmos makes it effortless to deploy and integrate it with other systems that your organisation is using. The integration is operated by one or more of the 30+ built-in connectors in SAP Litmos. Besides gamification, SAP Litmos also enables Video Assessments. Videos are assessed through AI functionality on keywords (to use and not use) and rate of speech, as well as by coaches or managers.
