We noticed that identifying high potential employees can be a fragmented and confusing experience for managers in SuccessFactors. Assessment is done in one module, reporting in another. As a solution, GP Strategies developed the extension Haskell.
With Haskell a manager can assess an employee based on a number of parameters and figure out if it is a potential HiPo (High Potential). The manager can also gain an overview of all assess subordinates. Haskell supports the process of assessing individuals based on a range of questions, distributed in topics – ending up with an easy to grasp an overview of the result. The solution goes full circle, consolidating the results for direct reports and holding it up against company threshold, making it easy to identify the ones who stand out.
Through Haskell, a flag can be raised for other SuccessFactors modules to pick up the selected individuals – may be directly adding to a program.
Haskell is highly customizable and caters for any number of questions and categories. The solution can be localized and sits on top of SuccessFactors – adding functionality without any need of adjusting the existing configuration. The result is improved self-service for managers.
