Therefore, we are proud to announce that by mid-year 2018, our global SuccessFactors support had grown 48% year over year on solved cases. We helped more than 60 global customers leveraging our support services, a service that now follows the sun as we are covering Americas, EMEA and Asia, operating as one, global cloud based helpdesk.
97,4% customer satisfaction
Our customer satisfaction remained industry high with 97,4% overall average for the first 8 months of 2018, solving 39% more cases than the previous year. We extended our offerings with application management services and augmented teams for our larger customers. And more than 40 of our customers now takes advantage of our new support packages including standard, silver, gold and platinum support.
