At Tryg, HR is taken seriously. HR strategy is closely linked with business strategy. This means that new, improved HR processes are closely linked to business planning and strategy execution. As tool, SuccessFactors was new to the organisation and some processes were optimised during the implementation. The change impact on the organisation was managed carefully by Tryg HR in close collaboration with Gp Strategies.
GP Strategies has been the implementation partner throughout the implementation project. The implementations of the various HCM modules follows best practice design principles, good system usage recommendations and SAP Activate methodology.
